Maintaining strict privacy is a high priority at 3D Galatea. We do not share any personal information obtained online. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us at info@3DGalatea.com.

3D Design Ownership 
Every 3D rendering and wax model created by 3D Galatea from an original sketch and/or photograph and subsequently purchased becomes the property of the account holder/member of 3D
Galatea. We retain no creative rights to the material, nor will we use or share the original sketches, 3D renderings or wax models with any third parties. Your privacy and creative integrity is secure.

In the case of projects that were requested, completed, but not approved and/or paid for, 3D Galatea reserves the right to keep these materials for its own use unless the account holder/member of 3D Galatea provides written notice of different terms agreed upon by both parties.

3D Project Storage 
We routinely store .jpg, .3dm and/or .stl files for each individual project (defined as one piece of jewelry) for a period of 12 months, during which we will be happy to send a duplicate file when a written request is sent within 3D Galatea storage guidelines. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your file will be available for retrieval. For 3D Galatea members who rely upon the service for multiple projects, storage and retrieval needs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimer 
3D Galatea is not responsible for any loss of data storage in the event any files and/or data becomes corrupted or damaged in anyway. In good faith, 3D Galatea will abide by our 3D Project Storage guidelines in the commitment and support to our account holder/members of 3D Galatea.
